Our products are custom-made and printed on demand, so production usually takes 2-5 business days before shipping.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7-15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-20 business days
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all products.
What if my order hasn't arrived yet?
If it's been longer than 25 days since your order shipped and it still hasn't arrived, please contact us at mxsimgraphics124@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate the issue and make sure you get a replacement or refund.
How does the order and payment process work?
Every Merch product is custom-made just for you.
Here's how it works step-by-step:
- You fill out the order form and upload your image or design idea.
- We create a custom preview (proof) showing exactly how your design will look on your chosen product.
- If you're happy with the preview, we send you a PayPal invoice link for payment.
- Once payment is completed, your item goes into production and is shipped directly to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept PayPal payments through a secure invoice link.
You don't need a PayPal account - you can also pay using a debit or credit card via the same link.
