Our products are custom-made and printed on demand, so production usually takes 2-5 business days before shipping.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7-15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all products.
What if my order hasn't arrived yet?
If it's been longer than 25 days since your order shipped and it still hasn't arrived, please contact us at mxsimgraphics124@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate the issue and make sure you get a replacement or refund.
How does the order and payment process work?
Every Merch product is custom-made just for you.
Here's how it works step-by-step:
- Choose the apparel you want and fill out the order form with your details and product selection.
- We’ll send an invoice to the email address you provided. Review your order and complete the payment.
- Once your payment is completed, your item will be sent into production.
- After production, your apparel is shipped directly to you. You’ll receive your order at the shipping address provided in your order form.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept PayPal payments through a secure invoice link.
You don't need a PayPal account - you can also pay using a debit or credit card via the same link.
